Job summary

Monroechamber in Plover, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a food processing facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and keep production equipment running reliably on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am).

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, experience with conveyors, pumps, and motors, and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps and processing equipment.
• Able to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, and motor systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment issues and downtime to minimize production impact.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations to support goals.
