Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards.

Job description

1. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of Injection Molding equipment.
2. Must be able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
3. Working knowledge of PLCs.
4. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic repairs and fabrication.
5. Plan and follow through all maintenance and facilities activities.
6. Maintain machine and secondary equipment preventative maintenance schedules.
7. Track and maintain inventory levels in maintenance.
8. Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.
9. ISO 14001 and TS16949 familiarity.
10. Working knowledge of costing, controlling assets and maintaining within budget restraints.
11. Special projects as deemed necessary.
12. Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Sr. Supervisor as necessary.
13. Other duties as needed.
