NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 2nd and 3rd shifts

SHIFT: 2nd & 3rd SHIFTS

PAY RATE: $25.00 plus shift premium upon completing the probationary period

JOB DUTIES:

1. Utilize equipment to consistently produce a quality product efficiently.
2. Perform tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Troubleshoot problems with the weld controller from the substation to the welding tips.
4. Work with Quality Assurance to verify weld quality and make necessary adjustments.
5. Manage interlocking systems for automated and semi-automated equipment.
6. Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) issues using industrial terminals and computers.
7. Use logic printouts for diagnostics and repairs.
8. Repair sensors, modules, and field wiring as needed.
9. Add or remove sensors, solenoids, lights, etc., in PLC programs based on provided information.
10. Install piping systems for hydraulic and pneumatic processes.
11. Fabricate parts from blueprints, written, or verbal instructions.
12. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and compasses.
13. Work with industrial control systems.
14. Perform basic mechanical functions on automated equipment.
15. Maintain, repair, and install electrical equipment.
16. Operate a forklift and other handling equipment.
17. Use maintenance shop equipment, power tools, hand tools, Volt OHM Meter (VOM), Digital Multi Meter (DMM), weld scope, and oscilloscope.
18. Make cables according to recognized standards (e.g., RS-232, RS-422).
19. Handle hazardous waste generated by the plant properly.
20. Perform preventive maintenance tasks (Electrical, Mechanical, Fixturing).
21. Maintain a team-oriented environment aligned with quality goals.
22. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
23. Keep the work area clean.
