Guardian has a need for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Amity Orchards! Amity Orchards is an affordable lease-up in Beaverton, OR with 164 units.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support Community Managers by ensuring site safety and completing property maintenance to maintain excellent curb appeal and property quality.
2. Prioritize and process work orders, including urgent and routine maintenance of property and apartment units.
3. Ensure all maintenance work complies with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures.
4. Coordinate with staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service and proactive property maintenance.
5. Complete all paperwork and reports timely.

Candidate Profile

Seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized, professional, and communicative.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering, or related field.
• Own or have access to a properly insured vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Schedule and Compensation

40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Compensation: $22-24/hr + Benefits.

Qualifications and Essential Functions
