Job summary

AWI Management Corp. is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for a 20-hour week in Montague, CA. You will help keep the property well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests and work orders, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting tasks, groundskeeping, and coordinating with the Property Manager to order supplies. Reliable transportation and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in good working condition
• Maintaining the grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal
• Assisting with annual apartment inspections and identifying maintenance needs
• Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
• Reporting lease or house rule violations when observed
• Responding appropriately to emergency maintenance situations
• Following company policies and procedures
