Job summary

The Freudenberg Group in Lebanon, IN is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production line running smoothly and safely. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and document activities to minimize downtime.

Applicants should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (480V and below), and the ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
