Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is hiring a Maintenance Line Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Cold Spring, MN. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with a $750 sign-on bonus and additional $2 night-shift differential where applicable.

You will assist in maintaining plant processes, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and engage in continuous process improvements. Requires strong mechanical skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background including maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating and refrigeration.
• Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and company web-based programs.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities in assigned area during shift.
• Learn and apply new processes; train and lead co-workers; communicate effectively.
• Evaluate and continuously improve processes; minimize changeover times.
• Ensure product specifications are met; follow work directions and maintain records; perform tests.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and notify management when low.
• Maintain sanitation records and track chemical use and concentrations.
• Give tours and act as spokesperson when requested.
• Operate and maintain equipment; ensure efficiency and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs; report on non-scheduled days when needed.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards.
