Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Maintenance Line Technician for a 12-hour rotating shift in Cold Spring, MN. You will assist in the maintenance of all plant processes, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, English reading ability, and experience with MS Office or plant software. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge including maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating and refrigeration.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Experience reading and using MS Office and company web-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities in assigned area during shift.
• Learn and apply new processes; train and lead co-workers.
• Evaluate and improve processes to reduce changeover times.
• Ensure all product specifications are met.
• Complete record keeping and perform required tests.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and sanitation records.
