Job summary

This position requires 12-hour shifts, willingness to work nights and weekends, and hands-on skills with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical work. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience using SAP, Google Suite, and related documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead major and minor maintenance of automated and non-automated equipment.
• Perform changeovers for making, finishing, and molding processes.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and vendor teams on changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP and related systems.
• Support capital projects and participate in new equipment installation.
