Job summary

Trillium Foods in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 12-hour rotating day shift (4:00 AM–4:00 PM). The role focuses on line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep production and facilities running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance with strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills. Boil­ers and pasteurizers experience is a plus, as is familiarity with pumps, motors, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment).
• Experience with boilers and pasteurizers preferred.
• Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform line changeovers on cappers, fillers, conveyors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and reduce downtime.
• Track downtime in the ERP system and document actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and use hand/power tools safely.
• Complete GMP and SOP training and assist with facility projects.
