Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Cincinnati, OH area on the day shift (4:00 AM–4:00 PM).

The role focuses on line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to complete preventive maintenance tasks on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment).
• Experience with boilers and pasteurizers (preferred).
• Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Track downtime in ERP system.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Complete GMP and SOP training.
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects.
