The role focuses on line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and keeping production and facility systems safe, efficient, and reliable. Candidates should have 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, plus electrical troubleshooting and GMP/SOP training. Formación

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting using multimeters and testing equipment.
• Boilers and pasteurizers experience preferred.
• Pumps, motors, and production equipment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Track downtime in ERP system.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Complete GMP and SOP training.
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects.
