Responsibilities

• Perform line changeovers on cappers, fillers, conveyors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and reduce downtime.
• Track downtime in the ERP system and document actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and use hand/power tools safely.
• Complete GMP and SOP training and assist with facility projects.

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Cincinnati, OH team on Day Shift (4:00 AM- 4:00 PM)

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing line changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining production and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete preventive maintenance tasks on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform line changeovers (cappers, fillers, conveyors, video jets, sleeve machines, case erectors, case packers, palletizers, bottle unscramblers, steam tunnels, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime
• Track downtime in ERP system
• Perform preventive maintenanceUse hand and power tools safely
• Complete GMP and SOP training
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
