Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment. You will ensure reliability, maximize uptime, and support safe, efficient production while following safety and environmental standards.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose diverse system malfunctions, repair components, and collaborate with production, engineering, and reliability teams.

Qualifications

• AAS in Mechatronics or related field or 4+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of low-voltage electrical control circuits and safe repair.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to maintain detailed maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and improves manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns components to restore performance.
• Responds to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborates with production, engineering, and reliability teams.
