Zusammenfassung

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep machines and tools in good working condition, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will follow SOPs and GMPs while supporting maintenance activities across the plant.

The position offers a day shift to night shift schedule (6:00pm-6:30am) with benefits after 30 days and a competitive pay of $26.83 per hour. This role is based in Jonesboro, AR, with opportunities to grow in a leading food manufacturer.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Maintenance or HVAC technical degree – Preferred but not required
• Experience with maintaining general building systems - Preferred but not required
• Experience with painting and repair of building systems- Preferred but not required
• SAP and/or AMM experience – Preferred but not required
• Experience in building and grounds care maintenance or related work – Preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Assist in cross-training of Maintenance Team and other Team Members
• Recommend improvements to reduce cost, production downtime and increase efficiency; implement approved changes
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills
• Interpret engineering drawings and plant maintenance procedures and specifications
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and other departments; communicate with supervision
• Use and care for tools and instruments required in job assignments
• Ensure all machinery is in safe working condition; follow safety policies
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space procedures
• Follow GMP and plant policies; ensure contractors comply
• Enter required data into the Nestlé AMM program and support PM program updates
