Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping machines and tools in good condition to prevent downtime and costly repairs. You will follow SOPs and GMPs, support cross-training, and implement efficiency improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role offers a 6:00pm–6:30am schedule, pay of $26.83 per hour, and comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent with field experience is preferred.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting required.
• Plant utility systems including boilers, air compressors, air conditioning, dust collectors should be monitored and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cross-training Maintenance Team and other members.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Troubleshoot effectively and interpret engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Maintain safe conditions and follow Lockout/Tagout and confined space procedures.
• Enter data into the Nestlé AMM program and update preventive maintenance.
