Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation, with emphasis on electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.

Candidates who can read blueprints and schematics, and work with electrical panels and control wiring, are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and control circuits.
• Install, repair, and maintain control wiring and electrical components.
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed.

Maintenance Technician

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (Start Times Between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation. Candidates with strong electrical maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting abilities, and blueprint reading skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and systems
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and control circuits
• Install, repair, and maintain control wiring and electrical components
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed
