Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation.

PLC troubleshooting and blueprint reading skills are highly valued. Candidates should be proficient reading blueprints and schematics and be comfortable working OT as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and control circuits.
• Install, repair, and maintain control wiring and electrical components.
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (Start Times Between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation. Candidates with strong electrical maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting abilities, and blueprint reading skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and systems
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and control circuits
• Install, repair, and maintain control wiring and electrical components
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
