Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Michigan. The role involves maintenance on residential properties, handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and responding to resident requests.

You will perform preventive maintenance, keep records, assist with turnovers, and collaborate with the management team while following safety protocols. Compensation starts at $20+ per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, applicancerepair, and drywall.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

• Snow Removal in winter months
