Premier Property Management, LLC. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Ypsilanti to join our team.

You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on residential properties, addressing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry as needed. Applicants should have 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance or related experience.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safety and longevity of systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist with unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, minor repairs).
• Collaborate with property management to address issues and uphold standards.
• Follow safety protocols; snow removal in winter; comply with all safety rules.

Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leading property management company, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents, and our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues and uphold property standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Snow Removal in winter months
• Followall safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, applicancerepair, and drywall.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
