You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, respond to resident requests, and assist with turnovers. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience or related field.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and drywall.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
