Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a manufacturing setting in Plymouth, MI. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining production equipment while upholding safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, reading electrical schematics, operating forklifts, and assisting with mold changes and facility projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and overtime including weekends and holidays.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Our client seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a manufacturing environment.
