Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Woonsocket, RI, invites applications for a Maintenance Technician to join our multi-site portfolio of properties. You will handle tasks such as prepping vacant units for turnover, completing resident work orders, annual inspections, daily site walks, and upkeep of common areas, snow removal and groundskeeping.

Work hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties rotated.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio with (352) units located throughout Woonsocket, North Smithfield, & Pascoag.

• Preparing vacant units for turnover.
• Completing resident work orders.
• Annual unit inspections
• Daily site walk throughs.
• Upkeep of the properties, including common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
