Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Medway and Hudson, MA. The role focuses on in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepping apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair) and supervising contractors as needed. Groundskeeping, snow removal, and exterior/common area upkeep are also required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Yardi or other work order systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Candidates must reside within 40 minutes of both properties (Medway and Hudson, MA).

• Performing in‑unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.

The work hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, with on‑call duties shared on rotation.

Qualifications
