The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and continuous support of manufacturing machinery and facility equipment. This role supports production operations by ensuring equipment is installed properly, operating safely, and maintained in accordance with scheduled and routine preventive maintenance requirements. The position requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication, and repair skills, with specific knowledge of molding machinery operations.
This position requires the ability to interpret complex diagrams, blueprints, prints, and schematics; troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480V three-phase; and perform mechanical hookups and adjustments necessary to make manufacturing machines fully operable.
