Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Arbor Terrace Willistown in West Chester, PA. The role keeps our community running smoothly by handling painting, small repairs, and routine maintenance to keep apartments ready for new residents.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a caring team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and team collaboration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on work and problem-solving oriented.
• Craftsmanship with attention to detail.
• Team player and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents by painting and completing small repairs.
• Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and preventative maintenance.
• Use handyman skills to troubleshoot and fix common maintenance issues.
• Keep tools and supplies organized, stocked, and ready for use.
