The Arbor Company in New Jersey seeks a Maintenance Assistant to prepare empty apartments for new residents, perform painting and small repairs, and support the Maintenance Director on a variety of projects. You will also keep supplies organized for the next task, contributing to a smoothly run property portfolio.
