Job summary

Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents, perform painting and touch-ups, and support daily community upkeep. You’ll use handyman skills to keep the neighborhood safe and welcoming, organize tools and supplies, and contribute to a high-quality living environment for residents and their families.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness

• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Dependable, hands-on, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents with painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs.
• Support the Maintenance Director with daily projects and community upkeep.
• Use your handyman skills to help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.
• Organize and maintain maintenance supplies and tools.
• Help create a welcoming environment our residents are proud to call home.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, depending on business needs)
• Days Off: Thursday and Friday
