Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help prepare vacant apartments for new residents with painting and light repairs. You will support the Maintenance Director on various projects and ensure supplies are ready for the next assignment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform painting and small repairs for vacant apartments.
