LR Management Services is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician in Michigan to maintain apartments and respond to resident service requests. You should bring 1-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts.
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized.
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property's indoor common areas

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks
