The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or pallet environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work overtime when needed. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting repairs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, woodworking, pallet, or dimensional lumber environment preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately use tape measures, blueprints, schematics, and other measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as needed (typically 45–55 hours per week).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Leadership potential with the ability to take ownership of projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Desire to grow into a Lead Maintenance Technician role and help guide future maintenance team members.
