Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, with opportunities for career advancement in a fast paced growth oriented organization.

You will implement preventative maintenance such as replacing AC filters and fire extinguishers, perform painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, landscaping and assisting guests, with duties defined by official work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• ,
• Have and maintain a good driving record with no significant violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction and upkeep.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as AC filters, fire extinguishers and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping cleanup.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
