Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a manufacturing client to hire a skilled Maintenance Technician who will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep production running smoothly, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of 120V-480V electrical systems.
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial controls and automation.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain motors, sensors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Support VFD and PLC-controlled equipment diagnostics and repairs.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Complete facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, and utilities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers for repairs.
• Document maintenance work orders and equipment service accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Compensation:

$28-35/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with welding equipment and welding processes
• Light fabrication skills, including MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or industry certification
• Maintenance, electrical, mechatronics, or automation background
• CMMS software experience
• Continuous improvement experience
