Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Troy, MI. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for make-ready turns, performing general maintenance, and handling preventative HVAC and system repairs.

Responsibilities

Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties?
