Morgan Properties, LP in Tonawanda, NY is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician for a 504-unit apartment community. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.

We offer a $24.00–$26.00 per hour base, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, up to 50% rent discount, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and on-call incentives. A valid driver's license and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Active, valid driver's license required.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders

Hours & Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required

What We'll Expect From You:

• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
