Job summary

MORGAN PROPERTIES is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician for Hilton Village, a 234-unit community in Hilton, NY. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry and other maintenance issues, while keeping residents satisfied.

Join a hands-on team, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to a safe, well‑maintained environment. On-call rotations and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and know when to escalate.
• Owns their work from start to finish and stands behind repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Get apartment homes move-in ready through quality make-ready work.
• Keep grounds and common areas safe, clean, and looking sharp.
• Work side by side with teammates to deliver a resident experience people talk about.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Pitch in on snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed.

Morgan Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Hilton Village, a well-kept 234-unit apartment community in Hilton, NY. If you're hands-on, enjoy figuring out what's actually wrong instead of patching over it, and want your work to be the reason residents are proud of where they live, let's talk.

Schedule & Compensation:

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required

What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll be a key part of keeping this community running:

• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally
