Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for our Tonawanda, NY community. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

We offer $24.00–$26.00 per hour, a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, rent discount up to 50%, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401(k) match. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating on‑call.

Qualifications

• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
• $2000 sign on bonus

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

Hours & Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on‑call participation required
