Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is hiring Apartment Service Technicians to service our Cincinnati properties. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues and ensure both interior and exterior areas meet company standards and applicable laws.

Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, plus live within 30 minutes of the properties. On-call nights and weekends are part of the rotation, and HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting are required.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues (HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure property compliance with company standards and laws.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff.
• Work in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend shifts.

What you will be doing:

We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Service Technician at our properties. As a Service Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond to maintenance tickets.
• Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
• Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.

What we’ll expect from you:

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
