Starting Base Pay: $29.00
90-day increase: $1.50 (Maintenance Tech Level 1) Must show basic Mx Tech skillset by this point
Possible Premiums:
Mx Tech Level 3 will not be easy to achieve and will require significant knowledge of Cardinal IG policies, procedures, and repair techniques related to the techs department.
$39.50 (Maintenance Tech Level 3 completion + degree/diploma in related field)
*Evaluations will be based on quality of WOs completed (reviewed by Mx/Eng Leadership) and level of tasks the tech is able to complete along with potential independent testing through Western Technical College.
