Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Lake Worth, FL facility. This full-time, on-site role is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, focusing on upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record for last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
• Report and document maintenance issues.
• Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and integrity of the facility.
