Job summary

Banyan Treatment Center in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our facility safe, functional and welcoming for patients and staff.

The role covers plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling and renovations with a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm schedule. This on-site position offers hands-on experience within a nationally recognized addiction and mental health care provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in relevant trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
• Report and document maintenance issues.
• Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Full time | Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Castle Rock, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of our facility to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
