Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Lake Worth, FL. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining the facility to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

The position offers exposure to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and renovations, with a Monday-Friday schedule (9:00am-5:00pm). Applicants should have at least one year of relevant maintenance experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
• Report and document maintenance issues
• Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility.
