Job summary

Banyan is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Gilman, IL facility. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm and focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

You will handle plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and renovations while ensuring safety code compliance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or related fields.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Maintenance experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gilman, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of our facility to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
