Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center at our resort locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist guests, and complete maintenance calls to keep facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep) is required.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities.
• Implement preventative maintenance (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep; notify manager of issues.
• Assist guests as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean‑up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
