Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and assist guests as needed in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, coordinating with the maintenance team, and ensuring safety standards are met across locations. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of timeshare or resort maintenance preferred.
• Experience with general maintenance tasks (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, safety equipment, and appliances.
• Performs daily upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center (painting, plumbing, electrical work).
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep tasks.
• Notifies manager of any issues and assists guests when needed.
• Reads and interprets work orders; uses basic tools to complete tasks.
• Completes other duties as assigned and supports resort locations as needed.

• Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean‑up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
