Maintenance Technician

Immediate Opening | Sumner, WA

Location: Sumner, WA

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Project Length: 2-4 Weeks with Potential for Extension

Overtime: Available and paid at 1.5x when applicable

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide immediate support to its maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and helping keep production running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical equipment issues

• Repair production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime

• Perform corrective maintenance as needed

• Safely use hand tools and power tools

• Identify potential equipment issues before they impact production

• Follow all safety, maintenance, and company procedures

• Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read, understand, and follow maintenance procedures

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
