Job summary

Our client in Spring Lake, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team supporting facility and production operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and coating equipment, safely handling 480V systems, and applying welding/fabrication skills as needed. Benefits discussed on hire.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience with 480V, 3-phase systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing and pneumatics.
• Welding across multiple processes; industrial coating experience preferred.
• Must have a personal toolbox with basic maintenance tools.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe, reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating equipment.
• Work safely with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems and follow all safety procedures.
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed to keep production moving.
• Follow PM schedules, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate equipment or safety concerns to the team.

What's Needed?

• Industrial electrical experience required, including knowledge of 480V, 3-phase systems (industrial experience neededover residential).
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatics.
• Welding experience, preferably across multiple processes.
• Industrial coating experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and follow maintenance procedures; must have a personal toolbox with basic maintenance tools (some tools provided by the company).
