Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician for an industrial manufacturing environment in Spring Lake, MI.

You will join the Maintenance team supporting facility and production operations during overnight hours and focus on keeping systems running reliably through preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety, the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating related equipment,

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience with 480V, 3-phase systems.
• HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatics experience.
• Welding across multiple processes.
• Industrial coating experience, including coatings types and application knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and follow maintenance procedures with a personal toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems according to PM schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating-related equipment.
• Work safely with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems and follow safety procedures.
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed to restore equipment.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate equipment or safety concerns.

Shift: 3rd Shift (Overtime as required)

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems according to PM schedules.


• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating-related equipment to support safe, reliable operations.


• Work safely with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems and follow all safety procedures.


• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed to restore equipment to working condition.


• Follow Lockout/Tagout requirements, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate equipment or safety concerns to the team.

What's Needed?

• Industrial electrical experience, including knowledge of 480V, 3-phase systems (industrial experience preferred over residential).


• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatics.


• Welding experience, preferably across multiple processes.


• Industrial coating experience preferred—please include where the experience was gained and the types of coatings worked with.


• Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and follow maintenance procedures; must have a personal toolbox with basic maintenance tools (some tools provided by the company).
