Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building automation systems.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist in monitoring on-site vendors and contractors for quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain computer-controlled HVAC systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance in a timely and safety-oriented manner.
• Conduct monthly vehicle checks and coordinate with drivers for status and mileage.
• Track registrations and inspection dates and manage renewals as needed.
• Diagnose, service and repair vehicles and equipment cost-effectively.
• Assist mailroom duties as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description and RequirementsThe Maintenance Technician for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union performs all duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager to ensure that the facility is maintained at the highest standards. They will respond to facility/vehicle requests in a timely manner to ensure facility satisfaction.
