  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including HVAC systems, machinery, and building infrastructure components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and equipment servicing as needed.

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and infrastructure across various sites within the United States.
